Required Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other related tools.
- Proven ability to create personalized and persuasive outreach messages.
- Experience in B2B sales or digital marketing is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead tracking and management.
- Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute effective LinkedIn lead-generation strategies to target potential clients.
- Targeted Outreach: Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and engage with them through personalized, compelling messaging.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Profile Optimization: Optimize personal and company LinkedIn profiles for enhanced visibility and credibility.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospects, turning leads into potential clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze LinkedIn campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to track leads, manage data, and ensure effective follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and effective follow-up.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with LinkedIn trends, new features, and best practices for lead generation.
Basic Pay: 40000 - 70000 PKR with a Healthy Commission
