As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to design and implement tailored CRM solutions. You will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to data migration, requirement workshops, training members of the team and reviewing the CRM road map regularly.
4-5 years’ experience with D365 CRM Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for CRM solutions.
Solution Design: Design CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM that align with best practices and meet client objectives.
Configuration and Customisation:Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business needs, including creating custom entities, workflows, and business processes.
Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure the seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
User Training: Provide training to end-users and client teams on how to effectively use the CRM system.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and business processes.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and offer recommendations for system improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project teams, and management to ensure project progress and client satisfaction.
Stay Updated: Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies and provide guidance on best practices and emerging trends.
