Infovibes are seeking a dedicated and experienced Calling Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from Clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their issues. You will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our Clients.
Qualifications:
Intermediate or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a calling agent or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
Proficient in computer and phone usage.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and outbound promptly and professionally.
Listen attentively to our Clients' concerns and provide accurate information and assistance.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with Clients.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Attend regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
